This fragrant, lovely red has aromas of rose, iris, small red berry and wild mint. Savory and medium-bodied, the elegant palate reveals juicy strawberry, sour cherry and star anise before a saline close. Taut tannins and bright acidity keep it balanced. It's rather light on its feet but will offer several years or more of sheer pleasure. Best 2023–2028.
