Description
Let’s get one thing straight: Julien Fayard doesn’t do ordinary. Born and raised in France (and with experience at grand Chateaux in France such as Lafite Rothschild and Smith Haut Lafitte), Julien brought his Bordeaux brilliance to Napa Valley and said, “Let’s make magic.” And magic he did. His winemaking philosophy? Start in the vineyard, respect the land, and let the grapes be the star. No gimmicks, no over-the-top interventions—just ridiculously good wine crafted with love, patience, and a touch of French swagger.
What makes it even cooler? Julien’s commitment to the vineyard. He works hand-in-hand with Napa’s best growers, turning their top-tier grapes into a wine that’ll make you want to hug your glass.
A blend of Coombsville and Yountville fruit, this wine is Julien’s interpretation of a classic expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. It possesses structure and elegance, bright flavors and an aromatic freshness. Powerful notes of spice and black fruit are derived from the ripeness of the berries and excite the palate.
