Whiffs of yeast and sun-dried hay mingle into pert yellow cherry and greengage plum in this full-bodied but sharply honed Chablis. Pristine in fruit profile and bracing with acidity, it’s a cool-toned, classically styled Chablis despite the hot vintage. Elegant in youth, it will likely improve through 2035.
