This is an elegant rose based on 100% Primitivo grapes with bright light pink color and intense aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries and forest strawberries. On the palate it's fresh and fruity again with a lot of ripe red fruit. Delicious as an aperitif or with numerous dishes.

You rarely, if ever, see this level of complexity in a lagrein, which goes headlong through bracken, tea leaves, vanilla, blackberries, undergrowth, heather and violet extract. Full-bodied and very structured indeed, the chewy tannins envelop layers of compact yet exuberant dark fruit. Elements of undergrowth and spice linger on the long finish. Stunning.
