    Packaged in its powdery blue label (a color that magically triggers a yearning for a white wine, in my opinion), the Cordero di Montezemolo 2022 Langhe Arneis is all about brightness and freshness. Seeing stainless steel only, the wine is true to the Arneis grape with a waxy texture and fragrant tones of white rose, pear, quince and papaya. There are nuances of crushed limestone as well.

The tannins are strong, but the wine is drinkable now after decanting and especially when paired with steak.
