Domaine Dubois Bernard & Fils 2015 Beaune 1er Cru Les Bressandes
$59.99Burgundy France
Domaine Dubois Bernard is a tiny domaine of 7 hectares that is based in the village of Chorey-Les Beaune. The current owner and winemaker, Jacques Dubois, is the 5th generation of his family to make wine in this small village. Jacques continues his family’s tradition of making terroir-pure wines from their small parcels around Chorey and Savigny. The domaine farms their high altitude parcels with extreme care, focusing on small yields and sustainable practices. Once in the cellar, extraction is kept to an absolute minimum, only indigenous yeasts are used, and the wines are aged and fermented in barrel. The results speak for themselves, as the range of wines are terroir pure, mineral focused beauties with depth and immense clarity. SP2-5 -
Domaine Faiveley 2018 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru
$399.99 – $2,100.00Burgundy France
Wine Advocate 93-95 Rating
The 2018 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru is performing very well, wafting from the glass with a deep-pitched bouquet of cassis, wild berries, incense, rich soil tones and woodsmoke. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, layered and broad-shouldered, with a deep and layered core, rich structuring tannins and ripe but succulent acids. Long and sapid, this is another excellent Clos Vougeot from Faiveley, and this cuvée seems to go from strength to strength every year.

Domaine Faiveley 2020 Beaune Clos de l’Ecu Premier Cru
$99.99Cote de Beaune Cote d'Or Burgundy France
Wine Advocate 93 Rating
Aromas of raspberries, cherries, sweet spices, raw cocoa and peonies preface the 2020 Beaune 1er Cru Clos de l'Écu Monopole, a medium to full-bodied, concentrated and vibrant wine with tangy acids, melting tannins and a long, saline finish. This is very promising. SP3-6 -
Domaine Faiveley 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes
$69.99Burgundy France
The nose is elegant, and racy and offers a certain power. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet, and more slightly – notes of bright wild berries associated with touches of smoke, pepper, bright black plum as well as hints of spice, camphor and a subtle almost saline note. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a tangy frame, a nice freshness, subtlety, a certain straightness (all in elegance), harmony, finesse, tension as well as a nice delicate touch on the palate. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/creamy blackberry, juicy/tangy blackcurrant, and more slightly – notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, violet, juicy/tangy cherry as well as slight hints of small tangy/bright blue fruits, vanilla, toast and nutmeg. The tannins are soft and elegant. Good length. SP6-6 -

Wine Advocate 90 Rating
The 2020 Mercurey Vieilles Vignes wafts from the glass with aromas of cassis, loamy soil, dark chocolate and spices. Medium to full-bodied, rich and fleshy, with a deep, layered core of fruit that's framed by powdery tannins and lively acids, it's a touch more muscular than the 2019 rendition.

Domaine Gachot 2019 Nuits-Saint-Georges Aux Herbues
$64.99 – $348.00Côte-de-Nuits Burgundy France
The pretty nose smells fabulously of Pinot Noir. The palate has good, juicy flesh to it, and the tannin/acid balance, well even in Burgundy you rarely find such an elegant balance. As red Burgundy or Pinot Noir, I think you will agree that this is an incredible value. R24-1 SP1-2

Domaine Gérard Raphet 2018 Clos de la Roche “Cuvée Unique” Vieilles Vignes Grand Cru
$249.99Burgundy France
Enjoyabilityfactor 99 Rating
Stunning! Almost too hard to describe and I guess the reason for that is we don't taste enough red Burgundy at this quality level often enough! Usually we think in terms of a feminine style of Pinot Noir. In this case, massive power combined with concentrated, lavish, extravagant and richly textured flavors. Put some in the cellar! SP1-3
