    Another terrific white from this team that will sell for a song, the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Belleruche Blanc offers up lots of peach and hints of citrus as well as notes of chalky minerality and wild fennel. A blend of 40% Roussanne, 25% Viognier, and the rest Grenache Blanc and Clairette, this medium-bodied, balanced, lively white would easily stand up to a Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc in a blind tasting. Drink bottles over the coming 2-4 years.

From two mature vineyards in La Roche Vineuse, this is a classic white Burgundy with a nose of lemon sorbet, tangerine zest with nuances of wild honey.
