The 2017 Cinq Cépages is jam-packed with inky-dark fruit, crème de cassis, chocolate, cloves and licorice. Dense and full-throttle, the Cinq packs a serious punch. The Cinq is undoubtedly racy, but not as opulent as it can be. This is a fine showing for the Cinq. R4-2

  • Chateau St Jean 2021 Chardonnay Carneros

A bright yellow color, the 2022 Chardonnay Carneros is expressive and refined on the nose, with notes of honeyed citrus, tangerine, golden apples, and waxy Marcona almonds. Full-bodied and very appealing on the palate, it casts a wide net, as it retains good freshness and doesn’t feel cloying or heavy. It will drink well over the next few years.

    Jeb Dunnuck 95 Rating
There’s not much of the 2018 Château Suduiraut to go around but it’s a beautiful wine. Lovely orange blossom, honeyed apricots, white flowers, and subtle spice aromas and flavors all emerge from this full-bodied, decadent Sauternes that has a layered, pure, beautifully balanced profile. With good complexity, terrific balance, and a clean finish, it’s going to shine for 15-20 years. Wall-1

While the wine is not ultrarich in texture, it is beautifully balanced between zesty citrus and plenty of serious botrytis and honey flavors. Showing a delicious orange marmalade character, it is ready for aging. SPCAB1-6

This is densely packed with ripe macerated fig, blackberry and plum fruit flavors supported by tar and bramble notes that meld steadily through the finish. Notes of applewood and anise flash throughout. For the cellar. SP56-6

  • Chateau Talbot 2019 Saint-Julien

    $119.99

    Bordeaux France
    Wine Spectator 95 Rating
Well-built and rather refined for the vintage, with a deep well of red and black currant paste and plum reduction flavors supported by a deeply inlaid iron note, all of which run the length of the wine. Offers subtle savory, tobacco and singed cedar notes that add range, with a savory echo that leaves a mouthwatering feel in the end. Built to cellar. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Best from 2025. SP-BX12

  • Chateau Tour St-Christophe 2018 St-Emilion Grand Cru

    $49.99

    Bordeaux France
    Jeb Dunnuck 95 Rating
Emerging from a beautiful, terraced vineyard on the eastern side of Saint-Emilion, the 2018 Château Tour Saint Christophe is based on 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc that was brought up in 40% new French oak. Its vivid purple color is followed by a great nose of blackcurrants, blueberries, tobacco leaf, chocolate, violets, and chocolate. Hitting the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, it has this wonderful sense of purity and elegance, a touch of chalky minerality, flawless balance, and a great finish. This beautiful, elegant, seamless Saint-Emilion needs 4-5 years of bottle age but will evolve for 20-25 years. You won't regret having this in the cellar. 95+. SP54-8 R7-2
