Lush and expressive, with plenty of concentration to the mix of mango, lemon curd and litsea oil flavors. Details of dried pineapple, candied ginger and crystalized orange zest add complexity and aromatics on the long finish. Drink now.

Dolin Dry Vermouth
$17.99 – $180.00Chambery Savoie France
Dolin dry vermouth is made from a unique blend of 15 botanicals and spices that macerate in a specific white wine, Ugni Blanc, like the other Dolin vermouths. Absinthe, brooklime, rose and orange bark are the best-known ones, but you can also taste verbena or yellow genepi. Slightly sweet, this dry vermouth is particularly appreciated by bartenders for its subtlety and elegance. You can of course also enjoy this Dolin dry vermouth as an aperitif, neat or on the rocks.

Dolin Rouge Vermouth
$17.99 – $180.00Chambery Savoie France
The particular mixture of plants found near Chambery give a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Even the Blanc and Rouge retain great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to whet the appetite. Each can be enjoyed as aperitif on ice, with a twist of citrus, or in a broad array of traditional cocktails.

Dom Perignon 2013 Brut
$249.99Champagne France
James Suckling 98 Rating
A driven and serious DP with aromas of chalk, biscuits, apricot stones and lemons. Some spice and dried flowers, too. So sleek and sophisticated. Elegant. Yet, it’s long and powerful, with a sharp minerality. Tight and precise. Reminds me of bottles from the 1980s, such as 1988. It really takes off. Disgorged October 2021. Drinkable on release in January 2023, but better in a couple of years. A DP for the cellar.

Antonio Galloni 97 Rating
The 2019 Pinot Noir Sanford and Benedict Vineyard The Twelve Row is magnificent. Rich and textured on the palate, with tremendous depth, the 2019 exudes class. Inky dark fruit, lavender, spice and tobacco are wonderfully vivid. The 2019 is endowed with so much complexity and sheer pedigree. What a wine! R17-1

Made from 100% Chardonnay, with aromas of green apple and lemon, and on the palate apples, pear, hazelnut, creamy lychee notes. Aging in a small percentage of new French oak barrels lends accents of toast and vanilla.

Domaine Aurelien Verdet 2019 Hautes Cotes de Nuits Le Prieure
$49.99Côte-de-Nuits Burgundy France
Wine Advocate 92 Rating
Bursting from the glass with notes of sweet berries, petals, peonies and raw cocoa, the 2019 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Le Prieuré is medium to full-bodied, velvety and charming, with lively acids, melting tannins and a succulent, spice-inflected finish. Deeper than the 2017 and more elegant than the 2018, this gets my nod as the finest Le Prieuré of the three. SP1-4
