  • Cristom 2022 Jessie Vineyard Pinot Noir

    $89.99$480.00

    Eola-Amity Hills Willamette Valley Oregon
    Jeb Dunnuck 96 Rating
A ripe ruby red color, the 2022 Pinot Noir Jessie Vineyard displays a more savory profile. Coming from the winery’s steepest vineyard site with a 33% grade, it has an elegant floral perfume of ripe berries, and the texture is supple, with ripe tannins and an approachable feel. It’s well-detailed, with a cushion of approachability, but it’s fully dry and has a savory undertone. Drink 2025-2040.

  • Cristom 2022 Marjorie Vineyard Pinot Noir

    $79.99$420.00

    Eola-Amity Hills Willamette Valley Oregon
    Jeb Dunnuck 97 Rating
The 2022 Pinot Noir Marjorie Vineyard comes from the only pre-existing vines the family acquired when they purchased the winery in 1992. A deeper magenta color, it’s perfumed with seductive notes of violets, black raspberries, sweet herbs, and forest earth. The palate offers plenty of purity, and it has a fantastic, savory finish, with ripe tannins and even acidity. It’s drinking well now, with a wide window for enjoying over the coming 15 or so years.

A lively, precise and well-composed pinot with notes of sour cherries, red currants, crushed roses and mild spices on the nose, followed through to a medium body with bright acidity. It’s crisp and spot-on, with succulent wild berries at the center and verve throughout.

The nose of this wine offers aromas of fresh and baked apple, tangerine, honeysuckle and flaky pie crust. The palate is marvelously textured with all that fruit, plus a cinnamon and spice character that ebbs and flows for over a minute and half. Striking stuff.

  • Crown Point 2018 Estate Red

    $159.99

    Happy Canyon Santa Barbara County
    Wine Enthusiast 96 Rating
Dark and delicious aromas of black cherry and cassis are lifted by star anise and purple flowers on the cohesive nose of this bottling. There is plenty of that black cherry fruit on the palate as well, but it’s presented in an elegantly restrained way, with rose petals, cocoa dust and crème brûlée flavors all arising by the long finish. R23-1

  • Crown Point 2018 Relevant Red

Functioning as the second wine of the estate (meaning younger vines and blocks that didn’t make the selection for the top cuvée), the 2018 Relevant checks in as 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot that spent 22 months in barrel. Beautifully pure cassis, violets, flowery incense, and spice notes all emerge from this beauty, which is soft, supple, layered, and just impossible to resist. It’s an opulent, sexy wine that certainly doesn’t taste like a second wine at this point.
