Quintessa 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
$269.99 – $1,350.00Napa Valley California
Jeb Dunnuck 98 Rating
The 2021 Proprietary Red was just bottled in July of this year and checks in as 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 3% Carmenere, and the rest Petit Verdot and Merlot, brought up in 64% new French oak. It offers pure blue fruits, spring flowers, violets, and spicy oak, with a beautiful chalky, mineral note that comes through more on the palate. It’s elegant, full-bodied, has ultra-fine tannins, good acidity, and terrific length. It’s another gorgeous wine that will evolve for 15+ years.

A very approachable Chardonnay that’s well-rounded in flavors of white peach, green apple, ripe pear and spice notes. The palate is lively and the finish is pretty and harmonious. Serve as an aperitif and also makes the perfect match for fish or seafood as well as white meat and pasta in a creamy sauce.

Raats Original 2021 Unwooded Chenin Blanc
$15.99 – $156.00Coastal Region South Africa
Wine & Spirits Magazine 89 Rating
This is lean chenin, despite its sweet, poached-pear weight. Strong acidity keeps it away from outright sweetness. For $15, this is a beefy wine, ready for Nantucket bay scallops in a piquant chimichurri.

Raen 2021 Pinot Noir Sea Field
$99.99Fort Ross-Seaview Sonoma County California
Jeb Dunnuck 99 Rating
The 2021 Pinot Noir Sea Field is a transparent jeweled ruby color and takes things up a notch with its superb aromatics of ripe cherry, gravelly earth, and fresh rose petal. Medium-bodied, with sweet tannins and notes of ripe black raspberry and fresh herbs, it maintains a light sunny touch to its slightly darker profile. Drink 2025-2040. R1-3 -
Raen 2021 Royal St. Robert Cuvee Pinot Noir
$79.99Sonoma Coast California
James Suckling 98 Rating
Extremely spicy with iron, forest flower, black tea, and dried strawberry aromas, following through to a medium to full body, with lovely velvety tannins that are integrated and refined, with a long and flavorful finish. Yet it always remains refined and poised in an exemplary way. SP6-5 -

This is amazing on the nose with dried strawberries, sandalwood, mahogany and tea leaf. Iron and rust underneath the fruit. Dried flowers, nutmeg and rose petals. Full-bodied yet agile and energetic with layers of fine dusty tannins. Entrancing finish.

Rafael Palacios 2019 Louro Godello
$24.99 – $252.00Valdeorras Spain
Wine Advocate 93 Rating
In 2019, there is less Treixadura than in previous years, and there's only one hectare of Treixadura left in his vineyards. The wine does have very good freshness, plus a very salty finish and the granite sensation that gives it an electric touch, complex, powerful and with a profile of a serious wine with very little bitterness; Palacios says it reminds him of the 2005 As Sortes. This has to be one of the best vintages of Louro, a clear step up from previous vintages.
