The wine draws you in through the inviting aromatics of dark cherry and vanilla notes. The evolving flavors on the palate of dark fruits, such olallieberry, are met by a rich lusciousness that hits on the middle of the palate.
    Initially, individual lots from grapes stitched from each vineyard were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and pumped over gently each day. The lots were then integrated into a final blend that was aged for 12 months in a combination of new and used French and American oak to produce a luscious, layered, and rich Cabernet Sauvignon.
