It is our interpretation of Verdicchio in Matelica more representative: it must have a minimum of evolution in order to fully express its potential and to be appreciated accordingly as a wine of remarkable olfactory complexity, with notes of anise, cedar, and withered fruit, extremely powerful and rich in structure on the palate, very deep and long-lasting.
The mineral finish, expression of the territory, makes it logically suitable for pairings with important fish dishes, but thanks to its structure it can go very well with sweet cheeses and white meats.
