Description
The historic wine of Ferrari Trento is a Trentodoc that is the product of 100% Chardonnay grapes and of their incomparable synergy with the mountains of Trentino. A lively, bright straw yellow. The perlage is fine and persistent. A fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples, white flowers and a delicate scent of yeast, deriving from 20 months’ ageing in bottle. Harmonious and well-balanced, with a faint suggestion of ripe fruit and attractive hints of crusty bread.

A refined and expressive sparkler in an aperitif style, this is bright and buoyant on the palate, with the fine, lacy mousse carrying a mouthwatering range of pineapple, mandarin orange peel and white cherry fruit, accented by ground ginger, white blossoms and fleur de sel.
