Based on 70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, and the rest Marselan, the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Belleruche is classic stuff, offering plenty of peppery, garrigue, and floral notes, a solid core of darker fruits, medium body, and a soft, elegant mouthfeel. It’s another impeccably made wine from this team that I’d be happy to drink.
