Quintessential Pouilly-Fuissé crafted by a Pouilly-Fuissé specialist. Pale yellow in color color with hints of green. On the nose there is lots of finesse and minerality with white flowers, lemon and apple scents. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, round and fruit-driven with melon, lemon, peach and apricot, nice minerality and just a kiss of oak on the finish. Overall, the wine is nicely balanced and fresh with a great length.
