This Rioja red is dry, robust and fragrant with dark spices, blackberry and toasty oak spice flavors fresh on the palate. Tannins are fine-grained and structured. Try in 2024 with a wild mushroom ragu or game sausages from the grill. Drink or hold. Graciano food pairings: smoked meat, turkey, veal breast stuffed with wild mushrooms, wild mushroom quiche.
