Comprised of 99% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Merlot, the 2016 Proprietary Red Mockingbird Blue has a deep garnet-purple color and spills sensuously out of the glass with seductive notes of blackcurrant cordial, blueberry pie, fruitcake and licorice with suggestions of molten chocolate, spearmint, hoisin and Chinese five spice. Big, rich, full-bodied and decadently spicy in the mouth, it has a firm, grainy frame and a very long, layered finish. SP30-4
